摘要
目的通过对两例舌咽神经痛患者的治疗进行分析,探讨舌咽神经痛发病与情志因素的关系,及针刺蝶腭神经节配合中药治疗本病的可行性。方法观察两例就诊于天津中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻喉科诊断为舌咽神经痛的患者,分别予以针刺蝶腭神经节治疗。同时结合患者发病原因、全身症状,判断发病与情志因素密切相关。病例一为肝郁血虚证,予以疏肝养血,活血化瘀治疗。病例二为肝火上扰证,予以清肝降火,通络止痛治疗。结果针刺后,疼痛症状明显减轻,配合中药治疗能够进一步改善疼痛,防止复发。结论针刺蝶腭神经节配合中药从情志论治舌咽神经痛为治疗本病提供新的治疗思路。
Objective To analyze the treatment of two patients with glossopharyngeal neuralgia and explore the relationship between the onset of glossopharyngeal neuralgia and emotional factors,as well as the feasibility of treating this disease with acupuncture on the sphenopalatine ganglion combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Method Two patients diagnosed with glossopharyngeal neuralgia at the Department of Otolaryngology,First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were observed and treated with acupuncture on the sphenopalatine ganglion.At the same time,based on the patient's cause of onset and systemic symptoms,it is determined that the onset is closely related to emotional factors.Case one was diagnosed with liver stagnation and blood deficiency syndrome,and was treated with soothing the liver and nourishing blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Case 2 was diagnosed with liver fire disturbance syndrome,and was treated with clearing the liver and reducing fire,unblocking collaterals and relieving pain.Result After acupuncture,the pain symptoms were significantly reduced,and combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the pain could be further improved to prevent recurrence.Conclusion Acupuncture of the sphenopalatine ganglion combined with traditional Chinese medicine provides a new treatment approach for glossopharyngeal neuralgia from an emotional perspective.
