摘要
目的基于数据挖掘技术分析国家专利数据库中药外用复方治疗癌痛的用药规律。方法筛选国家知识产权局中国专利数据库建库至2025年7月公布公告网站外治癌痛的中药复方专利,录入Excel软件建立数据库。通过中医传承计算平台V 3.5、IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0、IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0等软件进行药物频次、性味和归经统计,关联规则分析及系统聚类分析。结果共纳入外用治疗癌痛的专利复方52首,涉及中药211味。冰片、乳香、没药、延胡索、川乌、细辛等使用频次最高,药物功效以活血化瘀类、清热类、祛风湿类最常见,药性以温、寒、平为主,药味以辛、苦、甘为主,主归肝、脾经。关联规则分析中核心药物配伍为乳香-没药、冰片-乳香、冰片-没药、冰片-乳香-没药等。系统聚类分析共获得6组聚类方。结论国家专利外用复方治疗癌痛以肝脾同调、活血化瘀止痛为基础,辨证施以温阳散寒、清热解毒等治法,且常用对症止痛药对,为癌痛的中医药治疗提供一定思路。
Objective To analyze medication rules of national patent Chinese materia medica external compound in the treatment of cancer pain based on data mining.Methods Chinese materia medica compound patent for external treatment of cancer pain were screened from China National Intellectual Property Administration China patent database announcement network from database establishment to July 2025,data was entered into Excel software to establish a database.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform V 3.5,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and other software were used for drug,nature and flavor,and channel tropism frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and systematic clustering analysis.Results A total of 52 patented compound for external treatment of cancer pain were included,involving 211 Chinese materia medica.Borneolum Syntheticum,Olibanum,Myrrha,Corydalis Rhizoma,Aconiti Radix,Asari Radix Et Rhizoma had the highest frequency of use,the most common types of drug efficacy were those that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,clear heat,and dispel wind and dampness,the main drug natures were warm,cold,and mild,the main drug flavors were spicy,bitter,and sweet,mainly attributed to liver and spleen channels.The core drug combinations in association rule analysis were Olibanum-Myrrha,Borneolum Syntheticum-Olibanum,Borneolum Syntheticum-Myrrha,Borneolum Syntheticum-Olibanum-Myrrha.Systematic clustering analysis obtained a total of six clusters.Conclusion National patent external compound in the treatment of cancer pain is based on simultaneous regulation of liver and spleen,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,and relieving pain,apply treatment methods such as warming yang and dispelling cold,clearing heat and detoxifying based on syndrome differentiation,and commonly used symptomatic pain relief couplet medicines,provide certain ideas for traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacy in the treatment of cancer pain.
