摘要
步入社会主义新时代,教育处于国家发展的重要位置上,“教育兴则国家兴,教育强则国家强”,教育是推动个体向上流动的助推器,是个体跨域阶层的有效途径,亦是改变个体社会地位有效手段。教育在阶层再生产与流动中的双重作用。然而,社会分层是社会发展到一定阶段的产物,社会中的个体占据着不同的位置,“一个萝卜一个坑”的社会阶层固化,社会分层的存在阻碍着社会的流动,导致社会不平等。研究发现,在教育起点、教育过程、教育结果各阶段中存在不公平的困境,通过从国家、学校、社会三方协同发力,优化教育公平路径,促进教育公平与社会阶层流动、社会发展。
The dual role of education in class reproduction and mobility.However,social stratification is a product of social de-velopment at a certain stage.Individuals in society occupy different positions.The solidification of social strata,where"each per-son has their own place",hinders social mobility and leads to social inequality.Research has found that there are unfair predica-ments at each stage of education,including the starting point,process,and outcome.By working together from the perspectives of the state,schools,and society,we can optimize the path to educational equity and promote social mobility and development through educational equity.
