摘要
目的:探究郑氏卧位康复操应用于消化道穿孔术后护理的效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月佛山市第一人民医院收治的80例消化道穿孔术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为A组(40例)和B组(40例)。A组实施常规护理干预,B组在A组基础上实施郑氏卧位康复操护理干预。比较两组康复指标(肛门排气时间、离床活动时间、术后住院时间)、出院当天日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:B组康复指标均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院当天,B组躯体生活自理、工具性日常生活能力评分低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组并发症发生率低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护理满意度高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:郑氏卧位康复操应用于消化道穿孔术后患者,可促进患者术后康复,改善日常生活能力,并可降低患者术后并发症发生率,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Zheng's recumbent rehabilitation maneuvers applied to the postoperative care of gastrointestinal perforation.Method:80 cases of postoperative patients with digestive tract perforation admitted to the First People's Hospital of Foshan City from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into Group A(40 cases)and Group B(40 cases)according to the randomized table method.Group A implemented conventional nursing care,and Group B implemented Zheng's prone position rehabilitation exercise nursing care on the basis of Group A.The rehabilitation indexes(time to anal defecation,time to leave the bed,and postoperative hospitalization time),scores on the ability to perform daily living scale(ADL)on the day of discharge,complication rates,and satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Result:The rehabilitation indicators in group B were all better than those in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the day of discharge,the scores of somatic self-care and instrumental daily living ability of group B were lower than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of group B was lower than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of group B was higher than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zheng's recumbent rehabilitation maneuvers applied to postoperative patients with gastrointestinal perforation can promote postoperative rehabilitation,improve the ability to perform daily life,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and provide patient care satisfaction.
