摘要
目的探讨化学发光仪检测糖类抗原199(CA199)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)和甲胎蛋白(AFP)四种肿瘤标志物对肝癌的诊断价值。方法选取60例肝癌患者作为观察组,并选择60例健康体检者作为对照组。两组均采用化学发光仪检测CA199、CEA、CA125及AFP四种肿瘤标志物。对比两组四种肿瘤标志物检测结果,四种肿瘤标志物联合检测与单一检测的阳性检出率。结果观察组AFP(202.83±48.95)ng/ml、CEA(6.65±1.45)ng/ml、CA125(216.45±15.27)U/ml、CA199(106.45±21.38)U/ml均高于对照组的(3.35±2.12)ng/ml、(3.02±0.31)ng/ml、(10.15±5.62)U/ml、(16.44±7.31)U/ml(P<0.05)。AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199单一检测的阳性检出率分别为71.67%、66.67%、55.00%、48.33%,联合检测的阳性检出率为96.67%;AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199联合检测的阳性检出率高于单一检测(P<0.05)。结论采用化学发光仪检测AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199四种肿瘤标志物在肝癌诊断中具有重要价值,联合检测四种肿瘤标志物有助于提高阳性检出率。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay for detecting four tumor markers—carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)—in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy individuals who underwent health examinations were selected the control group.Both groups were tested for CA199,CEA,CA125,and AFP using a chemiluminescence analyzer.Comparison of the detection results of four tumor markers in the two groups,as well as the positive detection rates of combined and individal detection of four tumor markers.Results The levels of AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in the observation group were(202.83±48.95)ng/ml,(6.65±1.45)ng/ml,(216.45±15.27)U/ml,and(106.45±21.38)U/ml,which were higher than those in the control group[(3.35±2.12)ng/ml,(3.02±0.31)ng/ml,(10.15±5.62)U/ml,and(16.44±7.31)U/ml](P<0.05).The positive detection rates for individual detection of AFP,CEA,CA125,and CA199 were 71.67%,66.67%,55.00%,and 48.33%,while the combined detection achieved a positive detection rate of 96.67%;the combined detection of AFP,CEA,CA125,and CA199 yielded a higher positive detection rate than individual detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of four tumor markers(AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA199)by chemiluminescence analyzer is of great value in the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.Combined detection of these four tumor markers helps improve the positive detection rate.
