摘要
【目的】探讨鼻三针联合宣肺健脾推拿在小儿过敏性鼻炎中的应用效果。【方法】选取2023年8月至2024年8月本院收治的92例过敏性鼻炎患儿,采用摸球法分组,奇数为对照组(n=46),偶数为观察组(n=46),对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组予以鼻三针联合宣肺健脾推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、鼻腔生理功能、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平。【结果】治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组鼻腔总阻力低于对照组(P<0.05),鼻腔通气面积大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】鼻三针联合宣肺健脾推拿治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎,可显著提高患儿临床总有效率,改善临床症状,降低鼻腔总阻力和炎症因子水平,提升鼻黏膜功能。
【Objective】To explore the application effect of nasal three-needle acupuncture combined with lung-dispersing and spleen-strengthening Tuina in children with allergic rhinitis.【Methods】A total of 92 children with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected and grouped by the ball-touching method.Those with odd numbers were included in the control group(n=46),and those with even numbers were in the observation group(n=46).The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group was treated with nasal three-needle acupuncture combined with lung-dispersing and spleen-strengthening Tuina.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,nasal physiological functions,and levels of inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)]were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores of nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,and runny nose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nasal resistance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nasal ventilation area was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,CRP,IL-6,and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Nasal three-needle acupuncture combined with lung-dispersing and spleen-strengthening Tuina in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children can significantly improve the total clinical effective rate,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce total nasal resistance and inflammatory factor levels,and enhance nasal mucosa function.
