摘要
目的探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死的效果。方法纳入本院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的60例股骨头坏死患者进行研究,随机将其分为对照组(n=28例)和观察组(n=32例)。对照组采用人工股骨头置换术,观察组采用人工髋关节置换术,对比两组患者临床治疗效果、髋关节评分、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月,两组HHS评分均较术前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组SF-36评分均较术前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死的效果显著,可明显提高患者治疗总有效率,改善髋关节功能及生活质量,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of artificial hip replacement in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods 60 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were included in the study and randomly divided into a control group(n=28)and an observation group(n=32).The control group underwent artificial femoral head replacement surgery,while the observation group underwent artificial hip joint replacement surgery.The clinical treatment effects,hip joint scores,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Six months after surgery,both groups showed an increase in HHS scores compared to preoperative levels,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,both groups showed an increase in SF-36 scores compared to preoperative levels,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial hip replacement surgery has a significant effect on the treatment of femoral head necrosis,which can significantly improve the overall treatment efficiency of patients,improve hip joint function and quality of life,and is worth promoting vigorously.
