摘要
卡姐与卡嫂作为中国公路货运业的女性新就业群体,面临着一般困境、职业困境与独属于女性的性别困境。本文以公益项目“货运路·巾帼行”为例,以承认理论的社会学化为理论线索,探讨了女性新就业群体权益保障的可能路径。研究发现,“货运路·巾帼行”项目给予了卡姐与卡嫂全方位、多种类与多层次的承认,表现为作为基础的制度承认、作为内容的身份承认与作为目标的社会承认。基于此,社会学范畴之多元化的承认不再是一蹴而就的单一线性范式,而是在社会实践中展现出承认概念的多元性、过程性与动态性,不同承认面向盘根错节、交替进行、缺一不可。
As a new female employment group in China's road freight industry,“Kajie”and“Kasao”(namely,women truckers)are confronted with general predicaments,occupational difficulties,and gender-specific challenges.Taking the public benefit project of“Women's Journey on the Road Freight Express”as an example,this paper explores the possible paths for the protection of rights and interests of female new employment groups by using the sociology of recognition theory as a theoretical thrust.The research finds that the project has provided comprehensive,diverse,and multi-level recognition to“Kajie”and“Kasao,”which is manifested as institutional recognition at the basis,identity recognition as the content,and societal recognition as the goal.This diversified recognition from a sociological perspective is no longer a one-off,single linear model,but an intertwined,alternating and indispensable practice that exhibits the dimensions of recognition from its diversity to its process and its dynamics.
