基于循环流化床的燃煤供热锅炉脱硫技术与减排效果研究

摘要 当前,燃煤锅炉的脱硫技术已经成为减少大气污染物排放的关键环节。为明确循环流化床燃煤供热锅炉的脱硫技术及其减排效果,研究通过对比循环流化床脱硫法与石灰石-石膏法、氨法和氧化镁湿法等常见脱硫技术,分析其脱硫效率、钙硫比及运行成本等关键指标。结果表明:循环流化床脱硫技术的脱硫效率在85.67%~90.64%之间,钙硫比为1.5~2.5,运行成本为0.01~0.03元/k Wh,该技术具有较低的运行成本和良好的经济性。研究结果为推动燃煤锅炉行业的可持续发展提供了数据支持。 The current desulfurization technology of coal-fired boilers has become a key link to reduce the emission of air pollutants.In order to clarify the desulphurization technology and emission reduction effect of CFB coal-fired heating boiler,the paper compares CFB desulphurization with limestone-gypsum,ammonia and magnesium oxide wet desulphurization technology,and analyzes the key indexes such as desulphurization efficiency,calcium-sulfur ratio and operating cost.The results show that the desulfurization efficiency of CFB is between 85.67%~90.64%,the calcium-sulfur ratio is 1.5~2.5,and the operating cost is 0.01~0.03 yuan/kWh.The results show that the circulating fluidized bed desulfurization technology has lower operating cost and good economy.The research provides data support for promoting the sustainable development of coal-fired boiler industry.
