摘要
为解决坚硬顶板特厚煤层上隅角瓦斯超限的问题,利用模拟软件结合现场实践对瓦斯运营规律进行研究,通过对采空区瓦斯浓度分布规律进行分析,确定采用“U+I”优化通风方式,同时对高抽巷布置位置进行分析,确定高抽巷与回风巷水平距离为15 m,垂距为18 m。最后通过现场应用发现通风优化后有效治理了回风侧上隅角瓦斯超限问题。
In order to solve the problem of excessive gas in the corners of thick coal seams with hard roof,this paper uses simulation software combined with on-site practice to study the gas operation law.By analyzing the distribution law of gas concentration in goaf,the"U+I"optimized ventilation method is determined.At the same time,the layout position of high extraction roadway is analyzed,and the horizontal distance between high extraction roadway and return airway is determined to be 15 m,and the vertical distance is determined to be 18 m.Finally,through on-site application,it was found that the ventilation optimization effectively addressed the issue of excessive gas in the upper corner of the return air side.
