低瓦斯矿井综采面坚硬顶板的控制与管理

摘要 在矿井综采面的开采过程中,坚硬顶板作为强度与弹性模数较高、厚度大、承载能力较强的煤层顶板,在我国分布较广,且煤炭储量也极为丰富,但与此同时,由于综采面在回采工作中采空区悬空面积较大,上隅角易出现瓦斯涌出量超标的问题,从而对矿井安全造成极大的威胁。为此,结合具体矿井开采工程,对低瓦斯矿井综采面坚硬顶板开采过程中,工作面瓦斯的来源与构成,以及瓦斯综合控制与管理方案进行了探究,并对提出的控制与管理措施的效果进行了分析,结果表明,顶板预裂爆破、导风帘引风稀释瓦斯、瓦斯抽放等措施的应用,能够有效解决瓦斯超标的问题,极大地确保了矿井的生产安全。 During the mining process of the fully mechanized mining face,the hard roof,as a coal seam roof with high strength and elastic modulus,large thickness,and strong bearing capacity,is widely distributed in China and has abundant coal reserves.However,at the same time,due to the large suspended area of the goaf in the mining work of the fully mechanized mining face,the problem of excessive gas emission in the upper corner is prone to occur,which poses a great threat to the safety of the mine.Therefore,this article will combine specific mine mining projects to explore the sources and composition of gas in the working face during the hard roof mining process of low gas mines,as well as the comprehensive gas control and management plan.The effectiveness of the proposed control and management measures will be analyzed.The results show that the application of measures such as roof pre-splitting blasting,air curtain induced dilution of gas,and gas drainage can effectively solve the problem of gas exceeding the standard,greatly ensuring the production safety of the mine.
