摘要
借助KBC软件的工业建模工具,对催化裂化装置的催化剂加剂量和汽油烯烃进行模拟测算,测算出汽油烯烃达到指标时所需要的理论催化剂加剂量。模拟结果与分析呈现了催化裂化装置模型的实际应用成效。通过对照实际生产数据与模型预测结果,研究评估了模型的精度和适用性,为工业实践奠定了坚实的基础。
With the industrial modeling tools of KBC software,the catalyst consumption and gasoline olefins in a catalytic cracking unit were simulated and calculated.The theoretical catalyst consumption required to achieve the gasoline olefin index was determined.The simulation results and analysis presented the practical application effectiveness of the catalytic cracking unit model.By comparing the actual production data with the model prediction results,the study evaluated the accuracy and applicability of the model,providing valuable reference for industrial practice.
