摘要
高分子装饰涂层在建筑领域得到广泛应用。采用恒电流法在基底上电沉积聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)装饰涂层,分析3种电解质[高氯酸锂(LiClO_(4))和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)水溶液,邻苯二甲酸氢钠(C_(8)H_(5)NaO_(4))和SDS水溶液,六氟磷酸四丁铵乙腈溶液]对PVDF装饰涂层生长和形貌的影响。研究结果表明,PVDF在基底表面呈现球形团聚状态,获得紧密排列的分子聚集体,达到了有效降低涂层孔隙率的作用,在基底表面形成了良好的覆盖状态,获得更优的阻隔性能。Nyquist测试形成了一个高频容抗弧与一条倾角超过π/4的斜线,只发生了较小程度的弥散,形成了平整涂层。该研究有助于提高装饰涂层的认知,为后续的工艺优化起到一定的指导作用。
Polymer decorative coatings have been widely used in the field of construction.Polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)decorative coating was electrodeposited on the substrate by constant current method,and three electrolytes(lithium perchlorate(LiClO_(4))and sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)aqueous solution,sodium hydrogen phthalate(C_(8)H_(5)NaO_(4))and SDS aqueous solution)were analyzed.Effects of tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate acetonitrile solution)on the growth and morphology of PVDF decorative coatings.The results show that PVDF presents spherical agglomeration on the surface of the substrate,and obtains tightly arranged molecular aggregates,which can effectively reduce the porosity of the coating,form a good covering state on the surface of the substrate,and obtain better barrier properties.The Nyquist test results in a high frequency capacious-reactance arc and a diagonal line with an inclination of more thanπ/4,and only a small degree of dispersion occurs,forming a flat coating.This study is helpful to improve the cognition of decorative coating and play a guiding role for the subsequent process optimization.
