摘要
针对现有污水生化处理系统不能全部直接处理含高浓度氨氮变换冷凝液的问题,新增1套变换冷凝液治理装置,采用低压汽提和中压汽提工艺。变换冷凝液治理装置投运后处理效果明显,出水指标在可控范围内,既能满足污水生化处理系统进水要求,同时又降低了污水生化处理系统运行过程中正常的运行成本。
In response to the problem that the existing sewage biochemical treatment system cannot directly treat high concentration ammonia nitrogen transformation condensate,a new set of transformation condensate treatment device is added,which adopts low-pressure stripping and medium pressure stripping processes.After the operation of the condensate treatment device,the treatment effect is obvious,and the effluent indicators are within a controllable range.It can meet the inlet requirements of the sewage biochemical treatment system while reducing the normal operating costs during the operation of the sewage biochemical treatment system.
