铂铱溶液体系中铱的深度分离研究进展

摘要 铂和铱作为重要的铂族金属,在现代工业和科技领域具有广泛应用。由于铂、铱的物理化学性质相似,分离过程复杂且具有挑战性,本文系统介绍了化学沉淀法、溶剂萃取法、离子交换法和电化学法等主要分离方法,分析了各种方法的优缺点,并探讨了未来发展趋势。研究表明,新型萃取剂和离子交换材料的开发、多种方法的联合应用以及绿色分离技术的创新将成为铂铱分离技术发展的主要方向。 Platinum and iridium,as crucial platinum group metals,have found extensive applications in modern industries and technological fields.The recovery of platinum and iridium from secondary resources such as platinum-iridium alloys,platinum-iridium waste,platinum-based PEM electrolyzers for hydrogen production(containing platinum,iridium,and other precious metals),and titanium-based electrodes with platinum-iridium copper foil has become a focal point of research.Due to the similar physicochemical properties of platinum and iridium,the separation process is complex and challenging.This paper systematically introduces major separation methods including chemical precipitation,solvent extraction,ion exchange,and electrochemical methods,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method,and explores future development trends.Research indicates that the development of novel extractants and ion exchange materials,the combined application of multiple methods,and the innovation of green separation technologies will be the primary directions for the advancement of platinum-iridium separation technologies.
