摘要
新质生产力是驱动体育产业高质量发展的动力源泉与重要抓手,研究旨在探究新质生产力助推乡村体育旅游高质量发展的阻滞困境与实践进路。研究认为,乡村体育旅游高质量发展的阻滞困境:1)配套政策制度不健全,匹配“新质生产力”较为困难;2)数字化建设薄弱,“新料质”劳动对象潜力开发不足;3)新型科技人才短缺,难以满足“高素质”劳动者的需求;4)核心要素支撑困难,难以适应“新介质”劳动资料。鉴于此,提出实践进路:1)强化顶层设计保障,优化产业与技术融合发展机制;2)推动平台数字化革新,强化乡村数字化“新基建”;3)加强高素质数字化人才培养,创新人才培养机制;4)夯实核心要素保障机制,优化数字化产品供给。
The New Quality Productivity is the power source and important starting point driving the high-quality development of sports industry.The research aim is to explore the blocking dilemma and practical path of new quality productivity to boost the high-quality development of rural sports tourism.The research shows that the dilemma of high-quality development of rural sports tourism:1)the supporting policy system is imperfect,itis difficult to match the“new quality productivity";2)the digital construction is weak,the po tential development of the“new material"labor object is insufficient;3)the shortage of new scientific and technological talents,“high-quality"workers cannot support the demand;4)the core elements are dificult to support and adapt to the“new medium"labor materials.In view of this,the practice approach is proposed:1)strengthen the top-level design guarantee and optimize the development mechanism of industry and technology integration;2)promote the digital innovation of the platform and strengthen the“new infrastructure"of rural digitalization;3)strengthen the training of high-quality digital talents and innovate the talent training mechanism;4)strengthen the guarantee mechanism of core elements and optimize the supply efficiency of digital products.
