摘要
针对铁路调车信号机接近锁闭安全问题展开研究,通过分析不同调车场景(如专用线、机待线、无岔区段等)下接近锁闭区段长度的计算难点,指出传统基于制动距离的接近锁闭方式在实际应用中存在区段长度不足、场景适配性差等问题,提出调车信号机开放即构成接近锁闭,实现调车接近锁闭的安全和联锁关系统一和管理,提高列车运行安全性。
This paper studies the safety risks in the approach locking of shunting signals for railways,and analyzes the calculation difficulties of the approach locking section length in different shunting scenarios(such as special line,locomotive waiting line and switchless section).It also points out the problems of the traditional approach locking method based on braking distance,such as insufficient length of approach locking section and poor scenario adaptability.To ensure the safety of approach locking of shunting operations and the unified management of interlocking relationships,this paper proposes a method where the approach locking is activated immediately after the shunting signal is cleared,thereby enhancing the safety of train operation.
