摘要
对于上部采用钢框架、下部采用钢桁架的竖向叠合结构,为解决场地狭小问题,减少超大型塔式起重机吊次,加快工程进度,采用整体逆作法施工技术,先行整体提升9层桁架层,然后以9层为界面,从下往上原位拼装9层以上钢框架结构,同时从上往下分层整体提升9层以下各层钢桁架结构,施工速度快,工程质量易保证,经济效益与社会效益明显。
For vertical composite structures with upper steel frames and lower steel trusses,the integral reverse construction technology was adopted,in order to overcome construction difficulties in narrow areas,reducing the lifting operations of super large tower cranes,and accelerate construction.First,9 truss layers were lifted as a whole.Then,the steel frame structure of more than 9 layers was assembled on site from bottom to top based on the 9 truss layers.Meanwhile,steel trusses on each layer below the 9 truss layers were lifted as a whole from top to bottom.This construction technology is conducive to rapid construction and engineering quality guarantee,with significant economic and social benefits.
