摘要
由农田、林地及相关环境要素构成的城市边缘区生态空间是区域绿色基础设施网络的有机组分,能够联系城区与外围生态基质,保障系统服务稳定发挥。过程连续性与生境多样性维持是其服务发挥的基础。既有管控忽视边缘区生态空间特定环境及功能属性,管控精度与效能不足。研究结合边缘区生态空间系统服务基础与禀赋特征,提出局部与系统联系、区位与属性匹配、保护与利用结合的差异化管控策略,旨在提升城市区域生态系统服务与管控效能。
The ecological space in urban fringe area,which is composed of farmland,woodland and related environmental elements,is an organic component of the regional green infrastructure network.It can connect the urban area with the peripheral ecological matrix,and ensure the stable development of system services.Process continuity and habitat diversity maintenance are the basis for its service performance.As the existing management measures ignore the specific environment and functional attributes of the ecological space in urban fringe area,the management accuracy and efficiency are insufficient.Combined with the service foundation and endowment characteristics of the ecological space system in urban fringe area,this study proposes the differentiated management strategies that emphasize local and system connection,location and attribute matching,and protection and utilization,aiming to improve the efficiency of ecosystem service and management in urban areas.
