摘要
为了提升SF33900自卸车电传动控制系统的稳定性与故障处理效率,针对GE系统主发电机磁场瞬间过流问题展开研究,分析了励磁过流的现象特征、运行影响及技术成因,并提出了一套涵盖硬件检测、系统调试及预防维护的综合解决方法。结果表明:采用“分步检测+动态调试”策略可显著提升故障处理效率,定期维护和智能化升级能有效预防并降低年均故障率,为同类设备的故障处置提供了技术参考。
In order to enhance the stability and fault handling efficiency of SF33900 dump truck's electric drive control system,this article investigates the magnetic field instantaneous overcurrent issue in the GE system's main generator,analyzes the phenomenological characteristics,operational impacts and technical causes of excitation overcurrent,and proposes a comprehensive solution integrating hardware inspection,system commissioning and preventive maintenance.The results show that adopting a"step-by-step detection+dynamic commissioning"strategy significantly improves fault handling efficiency,periodic maintenance and intelligent upgrades effectively reduce the annual failure rate,which provide technical reference for fault management of similar equipment.
