摘要
为了提升露天煤矿钻孔作业效率,降低安全风险,基于智能控制系统与多传感器融合技术,探讨了智能钻机在南露天煤矿的应用模式,通过集成高精度导航定位系统、自动孔位管理系统及实时故障诊断系统,构建了智能化钻孔作业体系。智能钻机效率能达到传统设备钻孔效率的100%,钻孔精准度误差在±5 cm内,有效解决了人工操作精度低、劳动强度大等问题。智能钻机技术能够显著提高露天煤矿钻孔质量与安全性,为智能化矿山建设提供了技术路径与实践经验。
In order to enhance the efficiency of drilling operations and reduce safety risks in open-pit coal mines,this article discusses the application framework of intelligent drilling rigs in South Open-pit Coal Mine based on the intelligent control systems and multi-sensor fusion technology.By integrating high-precision navigation positioning,automatic hole position management system and real-time fault diagnosis system,the article constructs an intelligent drilling operation system.The intelligent drilling rig efficiency achieves 100%of the efficiency of traditional equipment,with a drilling accuracy error within±5 cm,effectively addressing issues of low precision and high labor intensity in manual operations.The intelligent drilling rig technology can significantly improve the quality and safety of open-pit coal mine drilling,which provides technical path and practical experience for intelligent mine construction.
