摘要
通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出大腹皮:功效主要为下气宽中,行水消肿。症靶为脘腹胀满、水肿。标靶为胸水、腹水、胃肠动力减弱。现代药理研究发现大腹皮及其有效成分具有调节胃肠功能作用。大腹皮与阿托品存在拮抗作用,与抗胆碱药、抗酸剂等药物联合应用时能增强胃肠蠕动。少数患者使用大腹皮后可能出现不良反应,如腹泻、荨麻疹等,此时应停止使用。临床使用剂量为9~30g。
Through research on ancient literature and analysis of modern research findings in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the knowledge and application experience of renowned experts and scholars in clinical Chinese medicine and pharmacology,it is concluded that areca peel has the following properties:Its primary function is to promote qi circulation,alleviate qi stagnation in the middle energizer,and promote diuresis for removing edema.Its symptom targets include abdominal distension and edema,while its biochemical indicator targets feature pleural effusion,ascites,and decreased gastrointestinal motility.Modern pharmacological studies have found that areca peel and its active components have the effect of regulating gastrointestinal function.It has an antagonistic effect on atropine,and when used in combination with anticholinergic drugs,antacids,and other medicines,it can enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis.A small number of patients may experience allergic reactions after using areca peel,such as diarrhea and urticaria,in which case it should be discontinued.Its clinical dosage range is 9-30 grams.
