摘要
实现中国式现代化,必须加快推进乡村全面振兴。财政作为国家治理的基础和重要支柱,在推进乡村全面振兴中肩负着重要职责和使命。本文以山东为例,系统梳理了山东财政支持乡村全面振兴的主要做法、取得的成效、存在的短板及面临的制约因素,并从强化科学统筹、优化政策供给、抓好示范引领、增加居民收入等角度,提出下一步创新支持乡村全面振兴的政策建议。
To achieve Chinese modernization,it is imperative to accelerate comprehensive rural revitalization.As the foundation and key pillar of national governance,public finance bears significant responsibilities and missions in advancing comprehensive rural revitalization.Taking Shandong as an example,this paper systematically reviews the main approaches,achievements,shortcomings and constraints of Shandong's public finance in supporting comprehensive rural revitalization.Furthermore,it proposes policy recommendations for innovating support for comprehensive rural revitalization in the next steps,focusing on strengthening scientific coordination,optimizing policy supply,promoting exemplary leadership,and increasing residents'income.
