摘要
斜腿刚构桥是景观桥梁中经常使用的一种结构形式,具有造型特色、美观,而且在结构受力上兼备梁与拱的特点和优势,具有较大的跨越能力和较好的承载能力,表现出良好的力学性能。本研究以城市现浇斜腿刚构桥梁施工为例,对斜腿刚构桥一次性浇筑施工工艺技术展开研究。利用有限元分析软件和支架预压方式验证支架模板体系可行性,针对斜腿支撑柱与梁板连接部位采用异形模板+对拉支撑结构体系,确保混凝土一次性浇筑一体成型,提高结构整体性能。通过控制大体积混凝土浇筑速度、顺序、方式、温度控制及养生等措施,保证混凝土一次性浇筑的施工质量,减少外观质量缺陷,加快施工进度。
The inclined leg rigid frame bridge is a commonly used structural form in landscape bridges,which has distinctive and beautiful shapes,and combines the characteristics and advantages of beams and arches in structural stress.It has a large span capacity and good bearing capacity,and exhibits good mechanical performance.This study takes the construction of cast-in-place inclined leg rigid frame bridges in cities as an example to investigate the one-time pouring construction technology of inclined leg rigid frame bridges.Using finite element analysis software and support preloading method to verify the feasibility of the support template system,a special-shaped template+tension support structure system is adopted for the connection between the inclined leg support column and the beam slab,ensuring that the concrete is poured and formed in one go,and improving the overall performance of the structure.By controlling the pouring speed,sequence,method,temperature control,and curing of large volume concrete,the construction quality of one-time pouring of concrete is ensured,the appearance quality defects are reduced,and the construction progress is accelerated.
