摘要
目的探讨基于时机理论管理结合集束化护理对心脏介入术后非切口疼痛的影响。方法选取2023年1月至2024年12月在广西医科大学第二附属医院心血管内科行心脏介入股动静脉入路术患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用时机理论管理结合集束化护理干预,采用长海痛尺标准进行视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分判定两组患者术后6、12、24 h非切口疼痛程度及疼痛发生率,并比较两组的并发症发生率及护理满意度情况。结果观察组术后6、12、24 h非切口疼痛VAS评分及疼痛发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于时机理论管理结合集束化护理可有效降低术后非切口疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the influence of timing theory-based management combined with cluster nursing on non-incision pain after cardiac interventional surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent cardiac interventional femoral arteriovenous approach in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,while the observation group,on the basis of the control group,added timing theory management combined with cluster nursing intervention.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was used to determine the degree of non-incision pain and the incidence of pain in the two groups at 6,12,and 24 hours after surgery using the Changhai Pain scale standard.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were also compared.Results The VAS scores of non-incision pain and the incidence of pain in the observation group at 6,12,and 24 hours after surgery were all lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Management based on the timing theory combined with cluster nursing can effectively reduce the degree of non-incision pain after surgery,lower the incidence of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
