摘要
目的:探讨多维度舒适护理模式在大隐静脉曲张射频消融术(radiofrequency ablation,RFA)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月至2022年6月在滨州医学院附属医院介入血管外科接受大隐静脉曲张RFA的82例患者。采用随机数字表法,将患者分为常规护理组和舒适护理组,每组各41例患者。常规护理组患者接受常规护理操作,舒适护理组患者在常规护理操作的基础上接受多维度舒适护理干预。在干预前后,使用舒适状况量表(general comfort questionnaire,GCQ)比较两组患者的舒适状态,同时采用抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评估患者心理状态。收集两组患者出院前的护理满意度。结果:两组患者一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。干预后,与常规护理组患者比较,舒适护理组患者的GCQ评分显著提高,SDS和SAS评分显著下降(均P<0.05);舒适护理组患者的护理满意度达到95.12%,显著高于常规护理组的75.61%(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可提高大隐静脉曲张RFA患者的舒适程度,改善其心理状态,降低焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者对护理的满意度,提高康复质量。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of multi-dimensional comfort care model in patients undergoing radiofrequency ablation(RFA)for great saphenous varicose veins.Method:This study enrolled 82 patients who underwent RFA for great saphenous varicose veins at the department of interventional vascular surgery,Binzhou Medical University Hospital,from December 2021 to June 2022.Using the random number table method,patients were divided into a routine care group and a comfort care group,with 41 patients in each group.The routine care group patients received standard nursing procedures,while the comfort care group patients received additional comfort care interventions.Before and after the intervention,the general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)was used to compare the comfort levels of the two groups of patients,while the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were used to assess the psychological state of the patients.Result:No statistically significant differences were observed in baseline characteristics between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with the routine care group,the comfort care group showed significantly higher GCQ scores and significantly lower SDS and SAS scores(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the comfort care group reached 95.12%,significantly higher than the 75.61%in the routine care group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort care can improve the comfort level of patients undergoing RFA for great saphenous vein varicosities,improve their psychological state,reduce anxiety and depression,increase patient satisfaction with care,and improve the quality of rehabilitation.
