硅烷偶联剂Si69/活性剂PEG4000并用比对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响

摘要 研究硅烷偶联剂Si69/活性剂PEG4000并用比对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:与炭黑胎面胶料相比,高含量白炭黑胎面胶料的滚动阻力和60℃时的损耗因子明显降低,耐磨性能相当,综合物理性能提高;硅烷偶联剂Si69/活性剂PEG4000并用比为5∶1时胶料的综合性能最好。 The effect of the blending ratio of silane coupling agent Si69 to activator PEG4000 on the properties of tread compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with carbon black-based tread compound,tread compounds with high silica content exhibited significantly reduced rolling resistance and loss factor at 60℃,comparable wear resistance,and improved comprehensive physical properties.When the blending ratio of silane coupling agent Si69 to activator PEG4000 was 5∶1,the comprehensive properties of the compound were the best.
