科教融合视域下聚丙烯共混阻燃改性的综合实验设计

Comprehensive Experimental Design of Flame Retardant Blending Modification of Polypropylene from the Perspective of Integrating Science and Education

摘要 为了提升实验教学质量和人才培养质量,东华大学材料科学与工程国家级实验教学示范中心通过梳理现有高分子共混改性大型加工实验中存在的问题,对实验内容进行创新改革。以“科教融合”为导向,将具有代表性的前沿科研项目引入高分子大型加工实验中,设计了集探索性、趣味性和拓展性为一体的聚丙烯阻燃共混改性的综合实验,构建了“文献—配方—工艺—测试—标准”的全链条训练,并采用过程性、多维度的综合考核体系,着力培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,全面提升学生的创新能力、实践能力和综合素养。同时,依托线上线下混合式教学模式,强化师生互动,推动教学相长。 To improve the quality of experimental teaching and talent cultivation,the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for Materials Science and Engineering at Donghua University has innovatively reformed the experimental content by sorting out the problems in the large-scale processing experiments of polymer blending modification.Guided by the integration of science and education,representative cutting-edge scientific research projects were introduced into the polymer processing experiments.A comprehensive experiment on polypropylene flame retardant blending modification was designed,which integrated exploration,interest,and expansion.A full chain training of“literature–formula–process–testing–standard”was constructed,and a process oriented and multi-dimensional comprehensive assessment system was adopted to focus on cultivating students’ability to solve complex engineering problems,comprehensively improving their innovation ability,practical ability,and comprehensive literacy.At the same time,relying on a blended learning model of online and offline,we will strengthen teacher-student interaction and promote mutual learning.
