REBCO超导块材制备技术研究进展

Research Progress on Preparation Technology of REBCO Superconducting Bulk

摘要 REBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7)-δ(REBCO,RE=Y,Gd,Sm,Nd等)超导块材具有较高的强磁场捕获能力、无阻载流能力和良好的自稳定磁悬浮特性,在微型高场永磁体和超导磁悬浮等高新技术方面有着广泛的应用前景。但是,REBCO高温氧化物超导体在生长过程中涉及到凝聚态物理、晶体结构和化学成分的变化,工艺过程比较复杂,技术上难以控制。为避免超导块材存在的空隙和裂纹等微观和宏观缺陷,以及捕获场较低等问题,国内外学者们相继提出了多种制备工艺并不断改进。本文介绍了REBCO超导材料的晶体结构和超导电性,分析了目前常见的REBCO超导块材的制备技术,总结了影响REBCO超导块材捕获场的主要因素以及提高方法。 REBa_(2)Cu_(3)O_(7)-δ(REBCO,RE=Y,Gd,Sm,Nd,etc.)superconducting blocks possess remarkable capabilities in capturing strong magnetic fields,carrying currents without hindrance,and exhibiting excellent self-stabilizing magnetic levitation characteristics.These properties endow them with extensive potential applications in various hightech fields such as miniature high-field permanent magnets and superconducting magnetic levitation systems.However,the growth process of REBCO high temperature oxide superconductor involves changes in condensed matter physics,crystal structure and chemical composition,which is complex and technically difficult to be controlled.In order to avoid microscopic and macroscopic defects such as voids and cracks in superconducting blocks,as well as low trapped field,scholars at home and abroad proposed a variety of preparation processes and continuously improved them.In this paper,we introduce the crystal structure and superconductivity of REBCO superconducting materials,analysize the common preparation technology of REBCO superconducting blocks,and summarize the main factors that affect the trapped field of REBCO superconducting blocks and the improvement methods.
