摘要
清营汤出自清代著名温病学家吴瑭所著《温病条辨》,具有清营透热、养阴生津之效。在现代临床实践中,清营汤突破了原有的治疗范畴,常用于热邪疾病,甚则热邪入里传变,侵犯脏腑形成的诸如病毒性肺炎、慢性肝炎、川崎病、脓毒症等疾患,抑或是热邪泛溢肌肤形成的一系列皮肤疾患,体现了“异病同治”的中医学特色。文章就清营汤在现代临床中的新用作一总结。
Qingying decoction is derived from Wenbing Tiaobian,written by Wu Tang,a renowned warm disease specialist in the Qing Dynasty.It has the effects of clearing heat from the nutrient system,promoting fluid production,and nourishing yin.In modern clinical practice,Qingying decoction has broken through its original therapeutic scope and is commonly used for heat pathogen-related dis-eases,even those where heat pathogens penetrate inward,transform,and invade the zang-fu organs,such as viral pneumonia,chronic hepatitis,Kawasaki disease,sepsis,etc.It is also applied to a series of skin diseases caused by heat pathogens overflowing to the skin,reflecting the characteristic of“treating different diseases with same method”in traditional Chinese medicine.This article summarized the new clinical applications of Qingying decoction in modern times.
