摘要
沙棘枯萎病又称为沙棘干缩病或沙棘枝枯病,是一种沙棘的毁灭性病害,被喻为“沙棘的癌症”。针对沙棘枯萎病的病原菌拟枝孢镰刀菌(Fusarium sporotrichioides),采用室内生长速率测定法进行室内化学杀菌剂和生物制剂的筛选,并进行盆栽药效试验。氟哇唑乳油对拟枝孢镰刀菌菌丝的毒力效果最好,EC50值为13.089μg/mL;其次为咯菌腈悬浮剂,EC_(50)值为51.732μg/mL;代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、戊唑醇悬浮剂、多菌灵可湿性粉剂的毒力效果也比较好,EC50值分别为114.202μg/mL、120.178μg/mL和135.274μg/mL。对拟枝孢镰刀菌抑菌效果较好的生物制剂为抗重茬微生物制剂、绿康威微生物菌剂、105亿/g多黏菌·枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂,抑菌率分别为99.6%、97.8%和82.6%。盆栽防治效果表明,抗重茬微生物制剂、绿康威微生物菌剂、105亿/g多黏菌·枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂的防控效果分别为67.8%、65.6%、57.0%。这些结果为沙棘枯萎病的防控提供了重要依据。
Sea buckthorn stem wilt,also known as Sea buckthorn stem dry rot or Sea buckthorn stem wilt,is a devastating disease of Sea buckthorn and is called“the cancer of Sea buckthorn”.For the pathogen Fusarium sporotrichioides,causing the sea buckthorn stem wilt disease,the indoor growth rate determination method was used to screen indoor fungicides and biological agents,and pot efficacy tests were conducted.The fluvazol EC had the best toxicity against the mycelium of F.sporotrichioides,with an EC_(50)value of 13.089μg/mL,followed by carbendazim suspension concentrate,with an EC 50 value of 51.732μg/mL.The toxic effects of the wettable powder of Carbendazim,the suspension agent of Pyrimethanil,and the wettable powder of Carbendazim were also good,with EC 50 value of 114.202μg/mL,120.178μg/mL,and 135.274μg/mL,respectively.The biological agents with better antibacterial effects against F.sporotrichioides were anti-repeat microecological agent,lvkangwei microbial agent,105 billion cfu/g Paenibacillus polymyxa and Bacillus subtilis WP,the antibacterial rates were 99.6%,97.8%,and 82.6%,respectively.The results of the pot cultivation control experiments show that the control efficacy of anti-repeat microecological agent,lvkangwei microbial agent,105 billion cfu/g Paenibacillus polymyxa and Bacillus subtilis WP were 67.8%,65.6%,and 57.0%,respectively.These results provide important basis for the control of Sea buckthorn stem wilt.
