摘要
禾本科(Poaceae)植物作为农业生产的重要组成部分,其叶片衰老过程直接影响籽粒产量和品质。衰老是叶片发育的最后阶段,涉及大分子降解和养分再动员,受不同基因家族的精细调控。本文对禾本科植物叶片衰老特征、分子机制、影响因素及应用前景等方面进行了综述,旨在为深入研究禾本科植物叶片衰老分子机制和基于叶片衰老调控的作物高产优质分子育种提供理论参考。
As a crucial component of agricultural production,Poaceae plants play a significant role in determining grain yield and quality through the senescence process of their leaves.Senescence is the final stage of leaf development,which is characterized by macromolecular degradation and nutrient remobilization.This complex process is intricately regulated by various gene families.This review provides a comprehensive overview of the characteristics,molecular mechanisms,influencing factors,and application prospects of leaf senescence in Poaceae plants.It aims to offer valuable theoretical insights for further research into the molecular mechanisms underlying leaf senescence in Poaceae plants and to guide molecular breeding efforts targeting high-yield and high-quality crops through the regulation of leaf senescence.
