摘要
眼部烧伤后易于发生严重的眼部感染,可以造成角膜炎、眶内炎,甚至眼内炎,继而对眼周及眼球结构破坏导致视功能的丧失。随着消毒措施的规范化和消毒剂的不断更新,烧伤引起身体皮肤组织的感染问题得到不断改善,而眼部结构特殊,部分组织结构隐匿,难以通过常规手段进行彻底消毒。因此本文探讨了眼部烧伤感染的消毒进展,并对未来战场的消毒剂进行讨论。
After eye burns,it is easy to develop serious eye infections,which can cause keratitis,intraorbital inflammation,and even endophthalmitis,leading to damage to the periocular and ocular structures and loss of visual function.With the standardization of disinfection measures and the continuous updating of disinfectants,the problem of skin tissue infection caused by burns is constantly improving.However,the special structure of the eyes makes it difficult to disinfect some tissue structures through conventional methods.Therefore,this paper explores the progress of disinfection for eye burn infections and discusses disinfectants for future battlefields.
