摘要
目的 解决口腔专科医院医用耗材管理粗放、难适应医保控费政策等问题,构建系统化的耗材使用分析框架,为建立科学高效的耗材管理体系提供参考,助力医院提升运营管理水平。方法 基于某口腔专科医院实际数据,结合定量与定性分析,从整体使用、重点监控耗材、普通耗材及带量采购执行四维度建立多维度分析框架,提出针对性管理策略。结果 通过分析框架的应用,可揭示耗材使用中的关键问题与优化路径,提出精细化、信息化管理策略,优化资源配置效率,促进政策落地,平衡医疗质量与成本控制。结论 口腔专科医院需建立科学化、精细化的耗材管理体系,重点关注高值耗材临床规范、普通耗材周转优化及政策落地监测。提出的分析框架可为同类医院提供实践借鉴,助力提升运营管理效能,适应医保改革新要求。未来需结合动态数据监测与持续改进机制,进一步强化耗材管理的精准性和可持续性。
Objective To address the issues of extensive management of medical consumables in specialized dental hospitals and the challenges in adapting to healthcare cost-control policies,and to construct a systematic framework for analyzing consumables usage,providing a reference for establishing a scientific and efficient consumables management system and enhancing hospital operational management.Methods Based on real-world data from a specialized dental hospital,combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis,a multidimensional analytical framework was developed,covering four key dimensions:overall usage,key monitored consumables,general consumables,and the implementation of volume-based procurement.Targeted management strategies were proposed accordingly.Results The application of this analytical framework revealed critical issues and optimization pathways in consumables usage.It facilitated the proposal of refined and information-based management strategies,improved resource allocation efficiency,promoted policy implementation,and balanced medical quality with cost control.Conclusion Specialized dental hospitals need to establish a scientific and refined consumables management system,with a focus on standardizing high-value consumables in clinical practice,optimizing the turnover of general consumables,and monitoring policy implementation.The analytical framework proposed in this study can serve as a practical reference for similar hospitals,helping to enhance operational efficiency and adapt to healthcare reform requirements.Future efforts should incorporate dynamic data monitoring and continuous improvement mechanisms to further strengthen the precision and sustainability of consumables management.
