摘要
目的 调查空降兵部队跳伞员的牙周健康保健知识、态度和行为,为制定空降兵部队牙周卫勤保障策略提供科学依据。方法 参照世界卫生组织《口腔健康调查基本方法(2013年版)》设计自填式问卷,对空降兵某部250名现役跳伞员的跳伞训练次数、牙周健康状况、保健行为、牙周健康认知水平、就医行为和牙周卫勤保障满意度进行调查。结果 89.86%的跳伞员跳伞次数≤30次(平均13.6次);29.96%对自我牙周健康状况“非常了解”,17.51%从未出现牙龈出血,42.40%出现牙齿松动/牙缝变大,68.66%每天刷牙≥2次,26.73%每月更换牙刷,58.99%不了解巴氏刷牙法,25.81%每日使用牙线/冲牙器;37.79%出现牙周问题时不就医,78.80%不去或偶尔进行牙周检查;69.12%完全不了解或不太了解牙周疾病与全身健康之间的关系,13.82%认为牙周健康对全身健康“不重要/一般”;51.61%对牙周卫勤保障满意度“一般/不满意”。累计跳伞次数与牙齿松动/牙缝变大发生率、巴氏刷牙法知晓率、吸烟行为和牙周卫勤保障满意度均存在显著统计学关联。结论 空降兵官兵牙周健康保健意识不佳,保健方法欠缺,应进一步加强牙周健康宣教和各级口腔卫生医疗保障。
Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitudes,and practices regarding periodontal health care among military paratroopers,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating strategies of periodontal medical support services for airborne troops.Methods A self-administered questionnaire was designed based on the Oral Health Surveys:Basic Methods(2013 Edition)by World Health Organization.A total of 250 active-duty paratroopers were surveyed on jump training frequency,periodontal health status,oral hygiene behaviors,awareness of periodontal health,healthcare-seeking behaviors,and satisfaction with periodontal medical support services.Results Among the participants,89.86%had completed≤30 jumps(mean:13.6 times).Only 29.96%had a“thorough understanding”of their periodontal health status,while 17.51%reported never experiencing gingival bleeding,and 42.40%reported tooth loosening or increased interdental spaces.Oral hygiene practices revealed that 68.66%brushed teeth≥2 times daily,but only 26.73%replaced toothbrushes monthly,58.99%were unfamiliar with the Bass brushing technique,and 25.81%used dental floss/water flossers daily.Concerning healthcare utilization,37.79%would not seek treatment for periodontal problems,and 78.80%rarely underwent professional periodontal examinations.Knowledge gaps were significant:69.12%were unaware of the association between periodontal and overall health,and 13.82%considered periodontal health“unimportant/neutral”for overall health.Additionally,51.61%expressed“neutral/dissatisfied”with current periodontal medical support services.The cumulative number of parachute jumps showed statistically significant associations with the incidence of tooth loosening/increased interdental spaces,awareness of the Bass brushing technique,smoking behavior,and satisfaction with periodontal medical support services.Conclusion Paratroopers demonstrate insufficient awareness and suboptimal practices in periodontal health maintenance.Enhanced health education and improved military oral healthcare services are urgently needed to address these gaps.
