摘要
造纸机械烘缸是造纸工业中的关键设备,其连体铸造工艺对烘缸的性能与寿命具有重要影响。传统的铸造工艺普遍存在一模多铸、铸件质量不稳定等问题。针对该问题,阐述了造纸机械烘缸连体的铸造工艺。首先介绍了造纸机械烘缸连体结构组成与功能,分析了造纸机械烘缸连体的技术要求,并围绕铸造模具设计与制造、造型工艺、熔炼与浇注、冷却与凝固、后处理等环节的关键技术、要点进行探讨,以期为造纸行业提供性能优良、可靠耐用的烘缸产品,推动相关领域技术的进步与发展。
Papermaking machinery dryer is a key equipment in the paper industry,and its conjoined casting process has an important impact on the performance and life of the dryer.The traditional casting process generally has problems such as multiple molds and unstable casting quality.In order to solve this problem,this study expounds the casting process of the conjoined dryer of papermaking machinery.Firstly,the structure composition and function of the papermaking machinery dryer are introduced,the technical requirements of the papermaking machinery dryer are analyzed,and the key technologies and key points of casting mold design and manufacturing,modeling process,melting and pouring,cooling and solidification,post-treatment and other links are discussed,in order to provide excellent performance,reliable and durable dryer products for the paper industry,and promote the progress and development of technology in related fields.
