摘要
纸是人类主要的日常生活用品。由于受包装生产条件的限制,现代造纸企业纸质包装一般都是人工安装,导致纸卷包装效率、质量都有所降低。此外,纸卷包装厂环境一般比较差,提高了设备危险性,影响了工作人员的健康。要想使此问题得到解决,可通过工业机器人替代人工自动包装纸卷。基于此,设计了基于工业机器人的纸卷自动包装系统,不仅能够有效解放劳动力,还能够根据机器人精确稳定、可编程性等特点,使纸卷包装的质量和效果得到提高。
Paper is the main daily necessities of human beings.Due to the limitation of packaging production conditions,the paper packaging of modern papermaking enterprises is generally installed manually,resulting in the reduction of paper roll packaging efficiency and quality.In addition,the environment of paper roll packaging plants is generally poor,which increases the risk of equipment and affects the health of workers.To solve this problem,industrial robots can replace manual automatic packaging paper rolls.Based on this,an automatic paper roll packaging system based on industrial robots is designed,which can not only effectively liberate labor,but also improve the quality and effect of paper roll packaging according to the characteristics of the robot,such as precision,stability and programmability.
