摘要
为实现对幕墙索力的精准测量,提出一种玻璃幕墙外置光纤布喇格光栅(FBG)索力传感器。通过开展应变标定试验验证其静态性能,结合温度补偿试验以消除应变与温度的交叉敏感性,并经过索力标定试验建立了索力与FBG波长变化量之间的标定关系,最终将其应用于实际工程。试验结果表明:该传感器经过增敏设计后,应变灵敏度为1.9 pm/με,为裸贴光栅的1.58倍。工程上,在0~110 kN内,传感器实测值与油压千斤顶荷载的最大相对误差为3.41%,满足工程需求,具有广阔的应用前景。
To achieve accurate measurement of cable force in curtain walls,an external fiber Bragg grating(FBG)sensor for glass curtain wall cable force monitoring is proposed.Static performance is verified through strain calibration tests,while temperature compensation tests are conducted to eliminate strain-temperature cross-sensitivity.A calibration relationship between cable force and FBG wavelength shift is established via cable force calibration tests,and the sensor is subsequently applied in practical engineering.Test results demonstrate that after sensitivity enhancement design,the strain sensitivity of the sensor reached 1.9 pm/με,which is 1.58 times that of a bare fiber Bragg grating.In engineering applications,within the range of 0~110 kN,the maximum relative error between the sensor-measured values and the load applied by the hydraulic jack is 3.41%,meeting engineering requirements and demonstrating broad application prospects.
