摘要
根据喷涂层的使用温度和生产工艺等要求来选择湿法喷涂料所用的主要原料,并制备了各配方粒级配比的喷涂料,检测了其理化指标和性能。按照湿法喷涂料的流动性选用合适的减水剂,并分析了硅微粉加入量对湿法喷涂料各性能的影响,采用铝酸钙水泥作结合剂能使喷涂料快速凝固和硬化。通过对配制的喷涂料进行试喷等手段,可研制出能满足不同工况要求的耐火衬里施工用的湿法喷涂料。
The primary raw materials used for wet gunning refractory were selected based on its operational temperature and production process.The gunning refractory in different formulations with specific granular proportions have been prepared and tested for their physicochemical properties and performance characteristics.Suitable water-reducing agents are chosen in accordance with the flow properties of wet gunning refractories.Moreover,the impact of varying silicon micro-powder contents on the gunning refractory’s performance is analyzed.Employing calcium aluminate cement as a binder enables the gunning refractory to rapidly set and harden.Test spraying of prepared gunning refractories facilitates the development of wet gunning refractories suitable for refractory linings under diverse operational conditions.
