摘要
为研究纳米二氧化硅(NS)改性磷酸镁水泥(MPC)涂层的抗盐雾腐蚀能力,通过抗压、抗折强度试验得到NS对MPC胶砂的力学影响规律,对改性后的MPC涂层进行了盐雾试验,并利用SEM和XRD试验分析改性MPC的微观结构、物相组成。研究结果表明:NS可以提高MPC胶砂的力学性能,最佳NS掺入质量比为2%;通过微观分析可知,NS在MPC胶砂中具有良好的孔隙填充效果;改性MPC具有良好的抗盐雾腐蚀能力,作为涂层可以显著提高钢材的耐腐蚀能力。
To study the salt spray corrosion resistance of nano-silica(NS)modified magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)coatings,the mechanical influence law of NS on MPC mortar was obtained through compressive and flexural strength tests.Salt spray tests were conducted on the modified MPC coatings,and the microstructure and phase composition of the modified MPC were analyzed by SEM and XRD tests.The results indicate that NS enhances the mechanical properties of MPC mortar,with the optimal NS dosage being 2%by mass.Microscopic analysis shows that NS provides excellent pore-filling effect in MPC mortar.The modified MPC mortar demonstrates good resistance to salt spray corrosion,significantly improving the corrosion resistance of steel when used as a coating.
