摘要
目的建立医院中药饮片质量控制策略,为医院中药饮片质量控制提供参考。方法以白芍饮片为范例,采用中药质量常数,建立医院中药饮片质量控制策略,为医院中药饮片质量控制提供新方法、新思路。结果通过计算相对质量常数,成功将14批白芍饮片划分为三个等级,其中一等品相对质量常数较高,表明其质量最优;三等品相对质量常数较低,质量相对较差。结合价格信息,研究团队为医院提供了具体的采购建议,确保优质优价的中药饮片进入医院。结论采用中药质量常数法构建的医院中药饮片质量控制策使医院能够从采购端有效控制中药饮片的质量,确保优质饮片进入医院,从而保障临床疗效。该策略有助于促进中药饮片产业的规范化发展,对推动中医药事业的传承创新发展具有重要意义。
Objective To establish a quality control strategy for hospital Chinese herbal pieces,to provide references for quality control in hospital settings.Methods Using white peony root pieces as an example,the quality constant of traditional Chinese medicine was applied to develop a quality control strategy for hospital Chinese herbal pieces,offering new methods and approaches for quality control.Results By calculating the relative quality constant,14 batches of white peony root pieces were successfully categorized into three grades.The first-grade products exhibited a higher relative quality constant,indicating superior quality,while the third-grade products had a lower relative quality constant,reflecting relatively poorer quality.Combined with price information,the research team provided specific procurement recommendations to ensure that high-quality,fairly priced Chinese herbal pieces are supplied to hospitals.Conclusion The hospital Chinese herbal pieces quality control strategy developed based on the traditional Chinese medicine quality constant allows hospitals to effectively control the quality of herbal pieces from the procurement source,ensuring that high-quality products enter clinical use and thus safeguarding treatment effectiveness.This approach facilitates the standardized development of the Chinese herbal pieces industry and holds significant importance for promoting the inheritance and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine.
