摘要
本文基于我国2019—2023年216个县域的面板数据,从新发展理念角度出发,构建县域经济高质量发展指数,理论分析和实证检验了数字普惠金融对县域经济高质量发展的影响。结果表明:数字普惠金融对县域经济高质量发展具有显著促进作用。在作用机制上,数字普惠金融能够通过促进农村经济发展来推动县域经济高质量发展。传统金融发展规模大、效率高的地区,数字普惠金融更能促进经济高质量发展。数字普惠金融发展的影响在东部县域表现为“数字红利”,在中部县域表现为“数字鸿沟”。建议加强数字基础设施建设,提升农村地区数据获取和共享水平;强化宣传教育,提高金融素养,逐步弥合“数字鸿沟”,推动数字普惠金融向纵深发展;加快金融机构数字化转型,充分发挥数字普惠金融与传统金融的协同效应。
This study utilizes panel data from 216 counties in China covering the period from 2019 to 2023.It con-structs a county-level high-quality economic development index based on the perspective of China's new development philosophy.Through theoretical analysis and empirical testing,the research examines the impact of digital inclusive fi-nance on the high-quality development of county economies.The findings indicate that digital inclusive finance signifi-cantly promotes the high-quality development of county-level economies.In terms of its mechanism of action,digital inclusive finance drives high-quality county-level economic development by fostering rural economic growth.In regions where traditional finance has developed on a large scale and with high efficiency,digital inclusive finance can more ef-fectively promote high-quality economic development.The impact of digital inclusive finance manifests as a"digital dividend"in eastern counties and a"digital divide"in central counties.It is recommended to strengthen the development of digital infrastructure to enhance data access and sharing in rural areas;intensify publicity and education efforts to im-prove financial literacy,gradually bridge the"digital divide",and promote the in-depth development of digital inclu-sive finance;accelerate the digital transformation of financial institutions to fully leverage the synergistic effects be-tween digital inclusive finance and traditional finance.
