摘要
本文测定了氟铃脲、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(甲维盐)单混剂对斜纹夜蛾Prodenia Litura(Fabricius)的室内毒力,采用共毒系数(CTC)法评价了它们的联合作用。结果表明,氟铃脲、甲维盐按体积比1∶5、1∶10(折成有效成分比,分别为2∶1和1∶1)混配时,共毒系数分别为120.32和236.18,表明氟铃脲与甲维盐复配后具有协同增效作用。
This study aims to investigate the toxicity and combined effects of hexaflumuran and emamectin benzoate(emamectin)against the Prodenia litura Fabricius.The toxicity of hexaflumuran,emamectin,and their synergistic effects were evaluated by co toxicity coefficient(CTC)method.The results showed that when the hexaflumuran and emamectin were combined with the volume ratio of 1:5,1:10(or at the active ingredient ratio of 2:1,1:1),the co-toxicity coefficient reached 120.32 and 236.1 respectively,indicating that the combination of fluorouracil and methomyl salt has a synergistic effect.
