摘要
本文根据Mannich碱反应原理合成了油田酸化缓蚀剂MAI,对其结构进行了表征,评价分析了缓蚀剂对N80钢的缓蚀性能,研究了缓蚀剂在N80钢表面的吸附特性和形貌。结果表明,在90℃下加入1%缓蚀剂MAI的20%HCl溶液中,N80试件的腐蚀速率为1.5g·(m^(2)·h)^(-1)。吸附实验结果表明,缓蚀剂MAI是以抑制阳极为主的吸附型缓蚀剂,其在N80钢片表面的吸附为Langmuir单分子层化学吸附。
According to the principle of Mannich base reaction,an oilfield acidizing corrosion inhibitor MAI was synthesized and characterized in the laboratory.The corrosion inhibition performance of corrosion inhibitor on N80 steel in 20%HCl solution was evaluated and analyzed,and the adsorption characteristics and morphology of corrosion inhibitor on the surface of N80 steel were studied.The results show that the corrosion rate of N80 test piece is 1.5g/(m^(2)·h)in 20%HCl solution with 1%addition of corrosion inhibitor MAI at 90℃.The adsorption research results show that the corrosion inhibitor is an adsorption-type corrosion inhibitor that mainly inhibits the anode.Its adsorption on the surface of the N80 steel sheet is monolayer adsorption,which conforms to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and belongs to chemical adsorption.
