摘要
研究采用模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA),以我国51个职业教育智慧康养领域的产教融合项目为分析样本开展条件组态分析,聚焦企业规模、专业类型、合作动因、合作举措、合作管控等前因变量,识别出产教融合赋能职业教育智慧康养人才培养的3条有效路径,分别是:中小型企业、医药卫生大类专业、合作举措和合作管控的组态;中小型企业、合作动因、合作举措和合作管控的组态;大型企业、医药卫生大类专业和合作管控的组态。最后,研究从深化校企合作、强化专业融合、优化合作机制等方面对产教融合赋能提升职业教育智慧康养人才培养质量提出建议,为校企双方提供可复制的实践指导。
This study uses fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)to conduct a conditional configuration analysis with 51 industry-education integration projects in the smart health care field of vocational education in China as analysis samples.Focusing on antecedent variables such as enterprise scale,professional type,cooperation motivation,cooperation measures,and cooperation control,three effective paths for industry-education integration to empower the cultivation of smart health care talents in vocational education are identified,which are:the configuration of small and medium-sized enterprises,medical and health-related majors,cooperation measures,and cooperation control;the configuration of small and medium-sized enterprises,cooperation motivation,cooperation measures,and cooperation control;and the configuration of large enterprises,medical and health-related majors,and cooperation control.Finally,the study puts forward suggestions for industry-education integration to empower and improve the quality of the cultivation of smart health care talents in vocational education from aspects such as deepening schoolenterprise cooperation,strengthening professional integration,and optimizing cooperation mechanisms,providing replicable practical guidance for both schools and enterprises.
