摘要
鉴于当前大米市场产品细化与品质标准的不断提升,大米加工技术的革新与升级显得尤为迫切。大米加工车间设计日益复杂化,所配备的设备种类与数量显著增多,生产线所需的电力装机容量亦随之攀升,进而导致大米加工过程中的吨米电耗不断增加。在全球气候变暖与绿色能源推广的双重背景下,新能源设施如雨后春笋般涌现。与此同时,国家碳达峰碳中和政策的深入实施,使得高能耗企业的运营成本节节攀升,电费已成为大米加工企业除原材料成本外的另一大开支。因此,通过优化装机容量、调整工艺流程布局、精心选择与管理设备、强化规范操作、完善质量检测体系、引入新技术、实施科学排产以及计划性维护等一系列举措来节能减排,对于大米加工企业而言至关重要。基于中大型大米加工企业的实际运作情况,探索并实践了一系列节能措施,旨在降低电费开支、提升企业经济效益,同时响应国家节能减排的号召,为粮食行业绿色发展提供切实可行的解决方案。
In view of the increasing refinement of products and the continuous improvement of quality standards in the current rice market,the innovation and upgrading of rice processing technology appear particularly urgent.The design of rice processing workshops has become increasingly complicated,with a significant increase in the types and quantities of equipment equipped,and the installed power capacity required for production lines has also increased accordingly,leading to a continuous increase in electricity consumption per tonne of rice during the processing process.Against the dual backdrop of global warming and the promotion of green energy,new energy facilities have emerged in abundance.Meanwhile,with the in-depth implementation of the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality policies,the operating costs of high-energy-consuming enterprises have risen steadily,and electricity bills have become another major expense for rice processing enterprises,apart from raw material costs.Therefore,it is crucial for rice processing enterprises to adopt a series of measures such as optimizing installed power capacity,adjusting process flow layouts,carefully selecting and managing equipment,strengthening standardized operations,improving quality inspection systems,introducing new technologies,implementing scientific production scheduling,and planned maintenance to save energy and reduce emissions.Based on the actual operations of medium to large rice processing enterprises,this paper explores and practices a series of energy-saving measures aimed at reducing electricity bills,improving enterprise economic benefits,and responding to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,while providing practical solutions for the green development of the grain industry.
