城市社区运动空间协同治理的生成逻辑、现实困境与破解策略

摘要 采用文献资料法、调查法、逻辑分析法等分析我国城市社区运动空间供给现状及存在问题、城市社区运动空间协同治理的生成逻辑及现实困境,并提出协同治理的破解策略。研究得出:我国社区运动空间与其他类型空间的整合利用力度不足,闲置用地改造与利用力度不够,社区运动空间及设施的分布结构不均衡,社区运动空间与其他空间缺乏协调发展。并提出优化我国城市社区运动空间的策略:以居民运动需求为导向,增强社区体育空间的关联耦合;增强区域运动空间治理的整体性,在协同治理过程中推进共生共享机制;将社区运动空间与城市建设规划相结合,推进社区运动空间的制度融合创新;植入社区空间及设施的“共享模块”,促进运动空间及设施的分布结构均衡。 This study employs literature review,survey methods,and logical analysis to examine the current state and existing problems of urban community sports space supply in China,the generative logic and realistic dilemmas of collaborative governance of these spaces,and proposes solutions and implementation pathways for collaborative governance.The research findings indicate that there is insufficient integration of community sports spaces with other types of spaces,inadequate transformation and utilization of idle land,an uneven distribution structure of community sports spaces and facilities,and a lack of coordinated development between community sports spaces and other spaces.The study suggests optimizing urban community sports spaces in China by:orienting towards residents'sports needs to enhance the coupling of community sports spaces;strengthening the overall governance of regional sports spaces and promoting a symbiotic and shared mechanism in the collaborative governance process;integrating community sports spaces with urban construction planning to advance institutional innovation;and embedding"sharing modules"within community spaces and facilities to promote a more balanced distribution structure of sports spaces and facilities.
