摘要
冰雪体育旅游是边疆民族地区铸牢中华民族共同体意识的有效载体。基于“三交”视角,综合运用文献资料、案例分析、实地考察等研究方法,以新疆阿勒泰地区为例,探讨冰雪体育旅游铸牢中华民族共同体意识的价值意蕴与实践策略。研究发现:阿勒泰地区冰雪体育旅游依托市场驱动、政策赋能、文化传承与生态共生的现实基础,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识开辟了新场域。冰雪体育旅游多维度价值意蕴体现为:在社会互动上赋能多民族交往交流交融;在经济产业上激发共同富裕互嵌新动能;在文化传承上熔铸冰雪文化认同凝聚体;在生态文明上形塑生态权益共享新家园。据此提出实践策略:以人民群众为冰雪旅游主体,推动各民族群众互融互嵌;以冰雪旅游为产业发展方向,夯实民族团结的物质基础;以冰雪文化为特色深入挖掘,打造丰富的文化资源符号;以生态文明建设为发展原则,构建各民族共有生态家园。
Ice and snow sports tourism is an effective carrier to create a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in border ethnic areas.Based on the perspective of“three exchanges”,the paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature,case analysis and field investigation,taking Altay Prefecture of Xinjiang as an example,to explore the value implication and practical strategies of ice and snow sports tourism to build up the consciousness of Chinese nation community.The study found that ice and snow sports tourism in Altay Prefecture,relying on the realistic foundation of market-driven,policy-enabled,cultural inheritance and ecological symbiosis,opened up a new field for building the consciousness of Chinese nation community.The multi-dimensional value implication of ice and snow sports tourism is embodied as follows:enabling multi-ethnic communication and blending in social interaction;stimulating new kinetic energy of common prosperity and mutual embedding in economic industry;melting ice and snow cultural identity condensate on cultural inheritance;and shaping a new home for ecological rights and interests sharing in ecological civilization.Based on this,the practical strategies are put forward:taking the masses as the main body of ice and snow tourism to promote the mutual integration of the masses of all nationalities;taking ice and snow tourism as the industrial development direction to consolidate the material foundation of national unity;taking ice and snow culture as the characteristic to dig deeply to create rich cultural resources symbols;taking ecological civilization as the construction and development principle to construct the ecological homeland shared by all nationalities.
