摘要
党建与业务深度融合是落实立德树人根本任务的政治要求、现实需要、必由之路。针对当前高职院校二级学院在党建与业务融合中存在的“重业务轻党建”、党建业务“两张皮”、融合机制不完善等问题,提出强化党建引领与队伍建设、精准寻找党建业务结合点、健全党建业务融合体制机制等对策。以汕头职业技术学院先进制造学院为例,分析了党建与课程教学、人才培养、科研工作、社会服务等方面的融合实践,为高职院校二级学院实现党建与业务深度融合提供可借鉴的经验。
The in-depth integration of Party building and professional skills is a political requirement,a practical need and an inevitable path for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing talent.In response to the current problems existing in the integration of Party building and professional skills in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges,such as"emphasizing professional skills over Party building",the separation of Party building and professional skills,and the imperfect integration mechanism,countermeasures are proposed,including strengthening the leading role of Party building and team building,accurately identifying the convergence points of Party building and professional skills,and improving the integration system and mechanism of Party building and professional skills.Taking the Advanced Manufacturing College of Shantou Polytechnic as an example,this paper introduces the integration practice of Party building work with course teaching,talent cultivation,scientific research work,social services and other aspects,providing referenceable experience for the deep integration of Party building and professional skills in secondary colleges of higher vocational colleges.
