摘要
在碳达峰碳中和的时代目标下,绿色科技创新作为助推旅游业低碳转型的核心动力,对提升旅游业核心竞争力具有重要推动作用。基于2001—2020年中国30个省域的面板数据,在测度绿色科技创新水平与旅游业碳排放效率的基础上,引入双固定效应模型和调节效应,探究绿色科技创新对旅游业碳排放效率的影响。研究发现:①研究期内,中国省域旅游业碳排放效率总体上呈现波动增长趋势,但距最佳前沿生产面仍存在35.4%的差距,多数省域的旅游业投入产出比仍处于失衡状态;旅游业碳排放效率增长速度呈现自西向东递减的地理分异特征。②绿色科技创新能显著提高旅游业碳排放效率,在东部省域、高经济发展水平省域和高环境规制省域,绿色科技创新的碳减排效应更显著。③研发投入、人力资本与市场化水平均能正向调节绿色科技创新对旅游业碳排放效率的促进作用。
Under the dual goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,green technology innovation has emerged as a pivotal driver for the low-carbon transition in the tourism industry,significantly enhancing its core competitiveness.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(including autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2001 to 2020,the two-way fixed effects model and moderating effects model are introduced to analyze the impact of green technology innovation on carbon emission efficiency in tourism on the basis of measuring the levels of green technology innovation and tourism′s carbon emission efficiency.It is found as follows.①During the study period,the carbon emission efficiency of China′s provincial tourism industry exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,yet remained 35.4%below the optimal production frontier,with most provinces experiencing imbalanced input-output ratios.The growth rate of carbon emission efficiency showed a distinct pattern of decreasing from the western to the eastern regions.②Green technology innovation can significantly improve tourism′s carbon emission efficiency,with more pronounced effects observed in eastern provinces,provinces with higher economic development levels,and provinces with weaker environmental regulations.③Research and development investment,human capital and marketization level can positively moderate the enhancing effect of green technology innovation on tourism′s carbon emission efficiency.
